Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Guam). APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not supported, as our shipping partners are unable to deliver to these special military and diplomatic addresses. Shipping Costs
  • Free Standard Shipping (Contiguous United States): Free standard shipping is available for all orders within the contiguous United States that we can deliver.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (e.g., Kickstarter campaigns), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping (Contiguous United States): Orders are dispatched from our U.S. local warehouse within 48 hours local time after the order is received. The average delivery time is approximately 3-8 business days, excluding remote areas.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL (for European shipments) to ensure safe delivery. All shipments are insured and trackable.

Curbside Delivery
Deliveries are curbside, meaning the carrier will leave the package at the entrance of your provided address. For large items like the LiberNovo Omni chair, please ensure someone is available to receive and move the package indoors.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on libernovo.com.

Shipping Issues
If your order is damaged, lost, or not delivered as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@libernovo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
