Refund policy

Overview
We want you to love your LiberNovo Omni chair. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be in like-new condition and in its original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom upholstery) are non-returnable.
  • Returns must include all original accessories and manuals.

Cancellation: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order date. Before your order has been shipped, you may contact us to cancel your order. If you request a cancellation within 1–2 business days from the order date and before the order has been shipped, your order will be successfully canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Return Process
  1. Request a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at support@libernovo.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Return Label. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the Product: Securely pack the LiberNovo Omni chair in its original packaging, including all accessories. Include the RMA number on the package.
  3. Ship the Product:
    1. For returns within 30 days without quality issues, return shipping costs are shared (50% covered by the customer, which will be deducted from customer’s order amount, 50% covered by LiberNovo).
    2. For returns due to quality issues, LiberNovo covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  4. Packaging Requirement
    1. Returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging to ensure safe transport and to qualify for a refund.
    2. We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure you will not be returning the product.
    3. If the original packaging is not available, customers will need to purchase a replacement carton from us.
      The cost varies by region: approximately $20 USD in the US
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the product is not in like-new condition or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 15% from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order on libernovo.com.
  • Free gifts or promotional items cannot be exchanged after delivery.
